This Advertising Policy describes how Clean Har Vest markets itself on cleanharvest.us and in everything else that carries our name. In short: no third-party ads on this site, no selling of your information, and honest, neighborly communication about our cleaning services.

No third-party advertising

This website does not run third-party advertisements of any kind. There are no display ads, no sponsored posts, no affiliate links, and no paid placements mixed into our content. Everything you read on cleanharvest.us is written by us, about our own services, for the neighborhoods we serve. We also do not sell, rent, or share visitor data with advertisers or data brokers. If we ever work with another local business on something worth mentioning here, we will say clearly what the relationship is.

How we present our services

Cleaning is a trust business, and the way we talk about our work should earn that trust rather than strain it. We hold ourselves to these standards:

• No deceptive claims. We describe the services we actually provide, and we do not promise results that depend on conditions we have not seen. Every job starts with a clear checklist.
• No bait pricing. Quotes follow a walkthrough or a thorough conversation, and we do not advertise teaser rates we have no intention of honoring. The price we quote is the price we charge for the scope we agreed on.
• No undisclosed sponsored content. We do not accept payment for reviews or recommendations, and we never pass advertising off as our own opinion.
• Honest scope. If a job is beyond our crew or our schedule, we say so, and we will point you toward someone who can help.

No aggressive sales tactics

You will never feel pressured by us. No countdown offers, no invented urgency, no repeated cold calls. When you request a walkthrough, Sang Lee or a member of the crew will talk through your space, answer your questions, and give you time to decide. If the answer is no, we thank you and leave it there.

We may link to outside resources from time to time, such as the map on our contact page or products we mention in conversation. Those links are provided for convenience, not as endorsements. We do not control external websites, and we encourage you to review their policies before sharing information with them.

Partner and vendor outreach

Suppliers, product makers, and other businesses occasionally approach us with proposals. We consider each one the way we would want to be considered ourselves: politely, and on the merits. We do not send unsolicited bulk messages of our own, and we do not pressure anyone. Any vendor or partner we recommend to a customer is one we would use in our own homes and offices, and no arrangement with a partner changes what we tell our clients.

Compliance

Our advertising and marketing practices are intended to comply with applicable truth-in-advertising laws in the United States, including the standards enforced by the Federal Trade Commission, as well as Illinois consumer protection laws. If anything on this site seems to fall short of these commitments, please let us know so we can fix it.
